Why should you attend?
Demand Response, as made available by the Ontario Power Authoritys DR-3
program, is a technique whereby power users who can offer up as little as 50
KW of reduction during a prescribed event window of approximately 4 hours,
can receive quarterly cash payments. In Ontario, this is a new program just
getting under way. The aim of this conference is to have potential DR users
leave with an understanding of how they can take advantage of the program,
and further their energy conservation goals with the funds generated by the
program. The goal is to get consumers involved. Lets get it started!

This conference, which is offered on two different days, is being held at the
Renaissance Hotel on Dixon Road on February 27th and again on February
28th. The price of admission is being used to cover the costs of the facilities,
breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks. Several sponsors are also helping to defray
costs. Attendees will hear some of the best authorities present on the subject of
DR in Ontario. Please plan to attend. Registration is limited, and will be handled
on a first come, first serve basis
